Responsible for troubleshooting any problems that may arise regarding desktop computers, laptops, tablets, gaming systems and cell phones. 

Will also be responsible for maintaining computers by fixing and and solving complications concerning both the computer's hardware and software. 

This position aims to provide timely and quality repairs of customers products while maintaining high customer service.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate math skills

Basic computer skills required

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and instructions

Ability to effectively use electronic repair tools and testers

Ability to effectively manage time and complete task as assigned

Interest in keeping up and learning new technologies
